Hydrodilatation is the treatment of choice for frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). It involves introducing fluid into the joint capsule to stretch it and recover lost mobility.

What does the procedure involve?
Guided by ultrasound, I introduce fluid (sometimes with medication) into the shoulder capsule to dilate it. It is combined with rehabilitation exercises to improve the result.
